In the fifth season of existence Atletico finally recorded a no score bore draw in a League
game, and had young goalkeeper George Warren to thank for it as AFC played a rearguard action.
On a cold day, neither side involved ever really warmed up, but Uttoxeter had the better of
the few chances available. Jordan Wilson saw his goal bound shot blocked en route, but Uttoxeter
forced Warren into 3 first half saves and Jack Avery saw his shot hit the post. There was even
less action in the second half, with Jack Avery again hitting the woodwork as his long range
effort crashed off the cross bar and Hinckley's only chance was late on as Wilson was released
one on one with Tolley, but the Uttoxeter keeper made the save to keep the scores level.
