Luke Richards became the first AFC player to make 100 appearances, scoring twice in the process as
Atletico beat Bolehall comfortably without having to break into second gear.
In a workmanlike performance on a very heavy pitch, Hinckley did just enough to control the match
without playing extensive passing football. Steve Hart scored the opening goal on the quarter hour
as the ball was played in from the left, and he took one touch before slotting past the keeper.
Luke Richards then capped off his 100th appearance for AFC with a goal on the stroke of half time, as
Kai Tongue saw his effort bounce down off the underside of the crossbar and Richards ran in heading into
the net.
Richards added his second and Hinckley's third minutes into the second half, before Tonge scored
his first goal for the club just after the hour when played through by Josh Burniston on the right,
cutting back into the area and scoring in off the inside of the post. Hart then rounded off the goals
with 15 minutes left, scoring the goal of the game as he picked up the ball on the left, ran into
the area, turned his marker once, cut back inside, turned a second defender then curled the ball
around the keeper.
