The draw for the extra preliminary round of the FA Cup has been made and Atletico have been handed
an away day at Worksop Town, of the NCEL Premier Division. The Tigers were a regular opponent of Hinckley United in the Conference North days, but after their relegation in 2007 they spent a further 7 seasons in the Northern Premier before their financial backer withdrew his funding and the club had to seek voluntary relegation in 2014, being placed into the Premier division of the Northern Counties east League, in which they finished 13th last season. The club still play their home matches at Sandy Lane and the match is scheduled to take place on Saturday 5th August. The winners of the tie will face a home game against either Heanor Town or Aylestone Park two weeks later on Saturday 19th August.
