Atletico recovered from a nightmare start in the A5 derby, being 2-0 down in the first
10 minutes, and fought their way back to a draw through goals from Luke Richards and
JJ Melligan Atherstone took command of the game early on when Michael Bloore converted an early penalty, and then moments later Nathan Lewars scored a second for the Adders. Luke Richards headed Hinckley back into the game before half time, converting Isaac Coopers cross, and then in the second half JJ Melligan was on hand to force the ball home for the equaliser following a goalmouth melee.
