| Line of Division One agreed at AGM | |

The Midland Football League AGM took place on Thursday 18th June and the Constitutional
line up for Division One was agreed. Highgate United were promoted into the premier
division, to be replaced in division one by the relegated Heath Hayes. Alvis Sporting and
Pelsall Villa both finished in relegation places, however the resignation from the league
of Uttoxeter Town meant a reprieve for Pelsall Villa. Coventry United were promtoed into
divison one as Champions of division two.
