Hinckley AFC 4 - 0 Littleton
Goals from Marco Adaggio and Matt Gardner embarrassed Littleton at St John's Park, and more than made up for revenge against a team that the fans had felt 'mugged' and 'cheated' Atletico in the away fixture.

For a game which meant a lot to the AFC fans and players, it was a low key start, and pretty dull first half. Most of the entertainment was behind the goal where the fans made sure Littleton keeper Haydn Whitcombe was reminded of his 'antics' at the previous away game. On the pitch, Joe Smith fired over for Littleton and Adaggio saw his weak shot from the edge of the area easily saved. From a corner Alex Morris nearly opened the scoring for AFC but his shot was cleared off the line, even though it looked as if it might have crept over. Littleton then had the ball in the net but was ruled out for an offside.

The match sprang into life in the second half with Justin Nisbett hitting the post straight from the kick off, then minutes later Nisbett crossed the ball central and Adaggio guided his header past Whitcombe giving Hinckley the lead. Robbie Bunn did have a glorious chance to equalise when a defencive error left him one on one with Sam Arnold, but Littleton's top scorer dragged his shot well wide of the goal and from then on Littleton appeared to visibly wither and AFC virtually dominated. Luke Richards on as a second half sub, made a powerful run on the left, holding off his marker and squared to Adaggio in the goal area for him to simply tap into the net. With Atletico threatening to run riot Gardner was brought on as a sub and his first touch beat Whitcombe but thundered back off the post. Not to worry as only moments later he was played through the middle and Whitcombe fell to the floor in front of him, Gardner coolly took the ball around the keeper and walked it into the goal. New signing Michael Healy had a shot drift just the wrong side of the post before Gardner wrapped up the scoring in the final minute. A superb solo run from Isaac Cooper saw the left back pick up the ball on the left touchline, run into the middle all the way to the edge of the D and play through Gardner, who again took the ball around Whitcombe and slotted into the goal giving Atletico a 4-0 revenge score.
