Hinckley AFC were involved in a 6 goal thriller drawing with Southern League Sutton
Coldfield Town, but would be more concerned over a head injury to keeper Matt Martin.
The Royals took a first half two goal lead before AFC came storming back in the second
half thanks to the inspiration of Justin Nesbitt, scoring two goals and setting up a third
for Matt Bailey to go ahead 3-2. Hinckley then lost keeper Martin to a head injury, meaning
Sutton's sub keeper went into the Hinckley goal. Sutton Coldfield equalised late on after
a shot was tipped onto the post but rebounded back and into the goal off the goal keeper.
The good news came later when it was announced Matt Martin was released from the hospital,
but suffering the after effects of concussion. |
