Experienced forward Craig Bannister has agreed to join Hinckley AFC having been released
by Rushall Olympic last season. Bannister is a proven goal scorer at this level of football and higher, having come to attention at Bloxwich United with his goal scoring record getting him a move into the Northern Premier league at Rushall Olympic. He continued his goal scoring at the higher level and was being scouted by Walsall until he suffered a double fracture of his left tibia and fibula in 2010 playing against Barwell. He was unlucky to suffer another break to his leg in 2012, and when he recovered from his injury last season was loaned to Chasetown. |
